Customer Sales Specialist

**Position**:Customer Sales Specialist**What You'll Be Doing**- Manage the overall account relationship and the day-to-day sales activities by providing service and support to assigned customer base- Working with internal and external resources, facilitating work of others in quoting, fulfilling demand, and troubleshooting other customer requirements- Owner of the overall Quote to Order Processes and order preparation for specified customers, coordinates resources and processing of quotations, works with management to set pricing- Work with appropriate supplier contacts and internal departments to solve pre-sales and post-sales problems, provide proactive notification to customer of changes to delivery status- Liaison between sales team- ensures returns, invoicing, credit, shipping issues, etc are resolved in a timely fashion- On-going Sales Support activities for the Order to Invoice process. Owns & Maintains Perfect Order Index (POI) and Inventory integrity to minimize write offs/bill backs**What We're Looking For**- Typically requires a 4-year degree and 3-5 years of experience- May require specific certifications.- 1-3 years of customer service, sales, buying, planning, or procurement experience- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel- Preferably with knowledge in Oracle based ERP- Ability to communicate fluently in English**What's In It For You**At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
