Senior Portfolio Risk Manager

**Responsibilities**:- Credit portfolio and risk analysis (Retail Lending and Credit Cards business lines), recommending corrective actions. Credit risk review, risk assessment reports.- Develop risk policy rules and methodology for their implementation- Participate in anti-fraud process foundation- Implement risk policy in decision engine via visual interface (formal/boolean logic)- Budgeting, forecasting and managing Risk KPIs: NPL, LLP, AR, LGD, COR, repayment behavior vintages etc.- Testing and integration with third party services (new data-sources).- Regular monitoring and analysis of main risk indicators to ensure lending process is in accordance with company’s strategy- Liaison with members of international teams (Near Prime Hub team and other countries).- Communicate all risk issues to the relevant stakeholders (internal and external).**Required Experience and Skills**:- Higher Degree in Economics / Maths / IT in Maths education.- Work experience in portfolio risk-management (banks, MFIs) of Credit cards, EMI cards, Personal loans Consumer durable loans (either of).- Experience within large online/digital/fintech/e-commerce companies or banks would be a plus.- Experienced user of Excel / SQL / PowerPoint.- Score modelling experience would be a plus (R / Python/ SS / SPSS / etc.).- Strong analytical and reporting skills.- Ability to deliver results both working independently and as part of a team.- Agile communication skills.
