Our entrepreneurial teams are empowered to innovate, act nimbly, and create a lasting and sustainable impact for our clients, their customers, and the communities in which we live.With us, you’ll create a boundless impact that transforms your career—and the lives of people across the world.**You Are**:UST is searching for a Release Manager who will help run retrospective analyses of the incidents within 24 hours of resolution with the affected teams and create problem tasks.**The opportunity**:- Drive major incidents to resolution while communicating with stakeholders as their primary focus.- Work to drive the Problem tasks to completion as well.- Support groups to support our regular incident management process.This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position.
