Eje Servicios solicita analista de Business Intelligence (BI) para laborar en Rappi TurboOferta económica: salario mensual bruto 25,000 pesos.Horario presencial: lunes a viernes de 8:00 a.m. a 6:00 p.m.Perfil deseable: Experiência enunciativa, más no limitativa en en análisis de datos, identificación de tendencias y patrones, desarrollo de informes y dashboards, colaboración con equipos, mantenimiento y mejora de sistemas BI, apoyo en la toma de decisiones.Objetivos del perfil:1. Consolidación de Datos & Reportería: Consolidar la data de resultados diarios y semanales, generar alertas para identificar las inconsistencias que permitan establecer planes de acción.2. Gestión del nível de servicio: Colaborar con el equipo de Proyectos para asegurar que se cumplen los níveles de servicio y los Objetivos y Resultados Clave (OKRs), a través de análisis.3. Colaboración Catálogos: Desarrollar una estrecha relación de trabajo con el equipo de Data Maestra donde se revisen discrepancias de datos maestros, creación de catálogos, tipos de tiendas y escisiones. Identificar posibles problemas que puedan afectar a las métricas de servicio y trabajar juntos para encontrar soluciones.4. Aseguramiento de la calidad: Garantizar la calidad de los entregables incorporando entradas de datos y sugiriendo mejoras basadas en el análisis de datos. Elevar el nível de los entregables mediante el refinamiento y la optimización continuos.3. Objetivos de métricas de entrada de negocio: Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con la alta dirección para identificar y comunicar los objetivos de métricas de entrada de negocio, asegurando la alineación con los objetivos del área. Proporcionar un seguimiento regular de los avances hacia estos objetivos.6. Compartir las mejores prácticas: Recopilar las mejores prácticas en operaciones de diferentes tiendas de proyectos y segmentos para promover el intercambio de conocimientos y la mejora continua en toda la organización.- Contar con toda su documentación en regla.
