Here, you’ll be supported in progressing - whatever your ambitions.**Instructional Designer (LATAM)****About the role**:As an **Instructional Designer**, you will play a critical role in developing, optimizing, and maintaining our **learning platforms and training programs** to enhance employee knowledge across LATAM.**What We Are Looking For in You****Key Responsibilities You’ll Own**:**Design & Implement Interactive Learning Solutions** - Develop engaging, digital learning programs that improve product knowledge and sales performance.**Manage LMS & Digital Platforms** - Ensure seamless operation and organization of BSC’s learning management systems.**Optimize Learning Materials** - Keep training content up to date and aligned with business needs.**Collaborate with Stakeholders** - Work with SMEs, sales leaders, and HR to align learning programs with business goals.**Drive Innovation** - Implement data-driven learning strategies and explore **learning tools** to enhance engagement.**Skills & Competencies We Value**:**Collaboration & Communication** - Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams.**Innovation & Adaptability** - Ability to integrate new instructional strategies and learning technologies.**Proactive & Detail-Oriented** - Organized and focused on delivering high-quality learning experiences.**Technical Expertise** - Proficiency in **LMS administration, digital platforms, and instructional design methodologies**.**Your Experience & Background**:**Bachelor’s Degree** with **3+ years of relevant experience**Proficiency in **English** (Portuguese is a plus).Strong experience in **LMS management and digital learning platforms**.**Preferred**: Experience in **Adobe Learning Manager, GenAI, data analytics, and medtech/healthcare training**.**Certifications in SCRUM** is a plus.**Why You?**You are a **passionate learning innovator** who thrives in **dynamic, fast-paced environments**.
