We empower our people and customers to build, innovate and grow, so together we can redefine the ecommerce industry.As Revenue Operations Technology Manager, you will build, run, and maintain the technology stack used by our sophisticated revenue generation teams across direct sales, channel sales, marketing, business development, and client success teams. You are an integral member of the growing Revenue Operations team, reporting to the Sr. Manager of Revenue Operations and Technology. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role interacting directly with executives, multiple cross-functional leaders, and our Business Applications team to scale sustainable operating processes using best-in-class solutions.**_ **Please submit your resume in English for review.**_****What You'll Do**:- Continuously improve the tech stack used by revenue-generating teams of 100+ members, enabling scaling to 3x that size.- Manage the tech stack lifecycle from choosing and launching new tools, to developing and maintaining, and optimizing existing tools, through retiring obsolete or redundant tools.- Manage platform development, working through our Business Applications team, to deliver enhancements to the technology stack. Be a strong storyteller who communicates with business impact first and details second such that you can be an active participant in cross-functional prioritization with the strong benefit and buy-in from stakeholders.- Coordinate with Business Applications on identifying needs for custom software solutions, writing business requirements, participating in information gathering sessions, performing user acceptance testing, and producing enablement materials for revenue-generating teams.- Clearly and transparently communicate project objectives, status, and results to all stakeholders. Serve as a centralized point of contact for tech stack-related projects, bugs, and suggestions.- Deliver project milestones, actively working to mitigate risks to scope and deadlines. Escalate issues and potential roadblocks to management, including making recommendations to address and resolve.- Create and maintain all public SFDC reporting and dashboards leveraged by all revenue-generating teams.- Review and approve project plans, provided by Project Managers and technology teams (Business Applications, IT, Marketing Automation, and Data Solutions), identifying and escalating potential issues to drive to resolution.- Streamline resources and activities, and identify opportunities to automate tasks, including continuous improvement recommendations to implement and measure operational efficiencies. Partner with other teams to implement operational efficiencies.- Actively monitor the performance of the tech stack used by revenue-generating teams, assessing performance against KPIs, diagnosing root causes, and providing solutions to remediate issues impeding business results.- Autonomous ownership of and responsibility for documenting our centralized revenue operating processes through systems such that we create repeatability in our process design and simplification in our systems.**Who You Are**:- An analytical, results-oriented, cross-functional servant leader with a bias for action and 8+ years of experience in technology management, sales operations, or a similar discipline- Interest in people management with proven experience directly or indirectly influencing the work product of others required- 3+ years experience with Salesforce administration and configuration- Proficiency in managing Salesforce integrations, managed packages, and reporting- Experience implementing, administering, and maintaining Salesforce, Outreach, Vidyard, ZoomInfo, Clari, Gong, Distribution Engine, Drift, Marketo, CaptivateIQ, or like systems- Ability to distill complex issues simply and intuitively at all levels of the organization, and willing to challenge assumptions, communicate limitations, and flag blind spots- Ability to proactively look around corners, anticipate conflict, and drive resolution between stakeholders, including senior management and cross-functional teams- Deep experience working with revenue-generating teams and programs with demonstrated success in improving business performance and efficiency- Flexible, able to adapt to changing priorities and successfully manage multiple priorities- Ability to work in a remote-first environment- Fluent in EnglishLI-MC1LI-REMOTE**Diversity, Equity & Incl
