Descripción del trabajo Vacante para la empresa Asian global leading manufacturer, developer and distributor of medical devices en Benito Juárez, Ciudad de México Asian global leading manufacturer, developer and distributor of medical devices requieres Junior logistics coordinator Position Summary Support the coordination of logistics according to the corporate policies and to the national and international legislations, in order to deliver the products to the customers in LATAM. Main Accountabilities Follow up shipments Send shipping instructions and commercial invoice to the supplier according to customer guidelines Follow up all communication with customer regarding their shipment and communication with suppliers to ensure shipment at agreed times Billing Process Purchase Orders (SAP) Check the products availability date Downloading a report from the system, which indicates the estimated delivery dates and checking the information with the suppliers Create an Order Confirmation (AO Acknowledge Order) Requirements Desirable experience in logistics of delicate merchandise Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Ability to be flexible and work under pressure to meet deadlines Bachelor's degree in foreign Trade or International relations Travel may be required business dictates We offer Very competitive compensation Benefits superior to those established by law International growth and continuous training Nível de educación deseada: Superior - titulado Nível de experiencia deseada: Nível Medio Función departamental: Logística / Transporte Industria: Comercio internacional y Desarrollo Habilidades: comercio exterior trafico internacional logística #J-18808-Ljbffr
