Maintain a cheerful attitude in a high-energy setting.Essential job responsibilitiesThe responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Present and deliver sales presentations in accordance with all corporate policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements, while maintaining mínimal performance targets (80% of the time).Attend all scheduled training sessions and department meetings, stay up to date on sales information and materials, stay informed about industry trends, and develop and assess performance goals on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis. (20%)Minimum requirements and qualifications:One to three years of sales and/or marketing experience are recommended but not essential. Must adhere to production standards.Knowledge and skillsMust be able to overcome obstacles and perform in a quick, luxury sales cycle.
