"master data" "base datos" "datos maestros"**Your new company**Our client is one of the leading global developers, producers, and sellers in the categories in which they operate, with number one or number two brands/market positions around the world, with sustainable initiatives and purposeful innovations, and a € multi-billion turnover.**Your new role**As Master Data Team Leader, you are going to be responsible to:- Responsible to deliver on goals for an assigned master data area within a master data domain- I implement Master Data best practices across the assigned team- Contribute to continuous improvement of Master Data tools and processes- Develop network and participate in cross functional teams / projects as assigned- Support Master Data Manager to develop the organization to maximize the contribution in delivering business needs- Lead and develop the respective team- ServEss : regular follow ups and monitoring, ensuring SLA are met- Create, maintain, and delete Master Data accurately and in time- Secure quality of data by regular checks- Coordinate with relevant functions and act upon requirements to ensure accurate data collection and processing- Communicate changes to relevant stakeholders- Document business processes for related Master Data- Participate in and/or provide input to relevant networks to improve the Master Data process and support agreed activities- Support others with Master Data expertise (line, IT etc.), might incl. provide process trainings- Provide data to support related analysis ( e.g. assortment screening)**What you'll need to succeed*****- Bachelor’s degree in logistic, system profile or equivalent within relevant practice- Minimum 3 years of industry experience in information systems, supply chain or customer service- Minimum 3 years proven strong leadership and managerial experience- Understanding of theories and practices within Data Management as well as considerable work experience in Data Management and working with data information systems- Used to working in a fast-paced and rapidly changing operational environment and proven ability to manage deadlines and distribute workload effectively- Methodical, analytical, and detailed work behavior with focus on constantly improving our processes.- Self-driven and goal focused individual with problem solving skills and a can-do attitude.- Deliver with quality and speed, drive change and engagement- Embrace and live our Beliefs and Behaviours - Care, Courage, Collaboration and Commitment- Fluent in English and Spanish, verbal and written is required**What you'll get in return**Be part of a n international company that is committed to the well-being of its employees, where you can learn and develop in a career that you drive, coupled with competitive rewards and the ability to participate in building a new, strategic component for the company.With an office located in Mexico City, you will work within a sustainable building boasting panoramic views, close to amenities, public transport.Next Steps
