Product Ops

We are looking for a albo **Product Ops** (Product Owner) to join the Operations team responsible for developing new products and improving existing ones. You will work in an agile environment in collaboration with a cross-functional team. You will be responsible for executing the Product Vision and Product Roadmap (defined by Product Manager), and ensuring the product backlog is prioritized and well defined for the albo squad.**What would you do? (responsibilities)**- In collaboration with the squad (team) and stakeholders, build and manage product backlog to ensure alignment on vision, goals and priorities of the product.- Work with other albo Product Ops (Product owners) to ensure there is a coordinated approach to deliver value.- In collaboration with the squad, develop user story details and support sizing effort and story decomposition. Write user stories and acceptance criteria.- Ensure completed user stories meet the definition of done.- Understands and identifies cross-functional dependencies and is able to mitigate risks.- You will own the product roadmap, create product backlogs and keep them groomed, estimated, prioritized, etc.- You will work closely with the albo Development teams, Growth teams, Customer Success teams, Finance, Legal & Compliance teams.- You are responsible for the work of your squad (sprint priorities, scope, timelines)- You will be expected to deliver by leveraging the whole company. No siloed thinking, we all work together to solve problems and succeed as a whole company.- Planning and organizing team resources (colleagues and processes) in order to directly improve the squad’s experience and how the organization will get things done for new features in order to guarantee a clean customer’s experience.- Prevent or troubleshoot on bottlenecks and unforeseen events for product launch and daily operations.- Scoping and prioritizes projects based on business and customer impact and albo’s missions, keeping a big picture vision.- Alerts about the lack of staff within a squad, participates in hiring, onboarding and training.**Who are you? (experience & skills)**Strategy, Journeys and Processes- 4+ years of experience using Agile methodologies, related to the Product Owner role.- Experience with Fintech development will be a plus.- Familiarity with multiple functional suites and software packages for requirements (JIRA, ClickUp, etc.)- Worked with multiple teams and projects simultaneously.- Experience managing a team backlog, breaking down requirements, writing user stories, and validating customer needs are met.- Certified Product Owner, Certified Scrum Product Owner, SAFe Product Owner or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner, are a plus.- Experience defining and updating OKRs and KPIs to ensure process quality.Communication and documentation skills- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder expectations management.- Experience creating executive presentations, business cases and user stories.- You are not afraid to ask questions, have a proactive approach to troubleshooting, and will do whatever is necessary to get things done.- You are used to working in a fast-paced environment.- You easily communicate and envision service concepts and ideas to team members and other stakeholders.**We offer**:- A role with a lot of autonomy to make decisions and flex your capabilities.
