**BAT MEXICO** **ESTA BUSCANDO A UN/A QUALITY ANALYST****SENIORITY LEVEL**:Entry-Level**FUNCTION**: Calidad en Operaciones**LOCATION**:Madero, Monterrey, México**PROPÓSITO DE LA POSICIÓN**Esta posición pertenece al departamento de Calidad en Operaciones. La persona a cargo deberá garantizar que las medidas de calidad se tomen, se analicen y se informen para establecer las fuentes de pérdidas de calidad. Se espera que se involucre con las partes interesadas clave para identificar las causas de los problemas, desarrollar soluciones e implementar mejoras con los productos fabricados en BAT México.**Reporta a : Quality Compliance & Performance Manager****PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES**- Responsable de administrar y analizar la información de diversos procesos para la calidad del producto dentro del entorno de fabricación para impulsar los KPI de las necesidades del negocio.- Identificar las fuentes de pérdidas de calidad.- Gestionar Product Quality Auditors que realizan inspecciones de calidad para cumplir con los requisitos de calidad.- Demostrar fuertes habilidades de comunicación, ser un recurso para informes directos y exhibir habilidades de liderazgo para maximizar la productividad y promover un entorno impulsado por la calidad.- Responsable del cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y regulatorios como ISO: 9001, Políticas de Calidad y ESG, así como conceptos y procesos de IWS.- Definir la aceptabilidad o el rechazo de los productos no conformes a través del análisis, la investigación y las acciones de contramedidas junto con el equipo de fabricación para garantizar que el producto defectuoso no llegue al consumidor.**EXPERIENCIA, HABILIDADES Y CONOCIMIENTOS ESENCIALES**- Sólida formación en calidad (muestreo, pruebas, calibración, calificación, validación) o formación técnica con habilidades de resolución de problemas y capaz de gestionar eficazmente las mejoras continuas recomendadas.- Habilidades interpersonales, comunicación, persuasión, asertividad y negociación en toda la organización- Experiência previa en Control de Calidad, muestreo y/o pruebas- Se prefiere experiência previa trabajando en un rol de supervisión- Capacidad demostrada para asimilar datos técnicos para apoyar las recomendaciones- Bachillerato en Química, Ingeniería Industrial o cualquier campo relacionado- Dominio del inglés intermedio - avanzado**BENEFICIO**- Conocimiento/experiência con Sistemas Integrados de Trabajo.
