Towbook Dispatcher

**Responsibilities**:- Handle incoming calls from customers requesting towing and roadside assistance services.- Collect essential information such as location, vehicle type, and reason for service.- Utilize Towbook dispatch software to enter, track, and manage service requests accurately.- Dispatch tow trucks and service personnel based on urgency and availability.- Monitor the status and location of tow trucks to ensure prompt responses.- Maintain communication with customers regarding estimated arrival times and service updates.- Document all service interactions and maintain accurate records within Towbook.- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.- Collaborate with drivers and team members to optimize operational efficiency.**Requirements**:- Proven experience as a dispatcher, specifically in the towing or roadside assistance industry.- Familiarity with Towbook dispatch software is highly preferred.- Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.- Capability to work under pressure and make informed decisions quickly.- Knowledge of local road networks and geographical areas is advantageous.- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and problem-solving capabilities.- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work as part of a team.**Benefits**Competetive Salary, Remote Position, Schedule Flexibility
