Our employees are committed to performing well as individuals and in teams for the betterment of our company.**Responsibilities**:- Interaction with Ribbon customer support teams- Scripting and automation to improve existing processes- Operations tools and improvement initiatives.- Help manage and maintain existing Cisco network infrastructure including minor Cisco configuration.- Interaction with Ribbon product support teams to escalate issues within the product teams.- Interaction with relevant 3rd party support teams (Cisco, F5, Dell, Ribbon, Mida, OrecX, etc..).- Documentation of current and future processes for relevant projects- Timely restoration of Cloud Network issues.Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice.This employer will not sponsor applicants with work visas.Qualifications:- Relevant university degree (Engineering or Computer Science) or 5+ years proven industry experience in a related role- Strong written and oral communication skills- The ability to troubleshoot and analyze moderately complex issues is required- IP, Windows (Server 2012 and 2016, Desktop 7 and 10), RedHat Linux, Centos Linux and/or Dell Servers experience requested- Experience in various programming and scripting languages is a definite plus.
