We seek professionals who share our vision of creating sustainable solutions that improve lives and protect the planet, today and for future generations.We are looking for your talent, join our team and start your journey today**Customer Service Representative**:**Responsibilities**:- Manage and resolve customer issues- Manage orders and shipping activities between manufacturing plants as well as from a manufacturing plant/distribution center to the Customer- Manage demand management actions as needed to meet monthly plan including order activities between manufacturing plants, sales team and external customers- Maintain customer service process training documents specific to the Reynosa plant- Work with the materials group, NA CSR team, warehouse personnel, trade compliance and sales team to meet critical customer needs- Ensure accuracy of orders and shipment information in the Oracle systems- Monitor shipments to meet monthly demand targets and customer on-time delivery- Travel: 5%**Requirements**:- Able to speak both English and Spanish fluently- Strong communication skills- Strong problem solving and teamwork skills- Must be able to interface with all levels of management both internal and with external customers**Optional Requirements**:- Oracle Experience a plus- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field- 2+ years' experience in relevant field- Customer service experience in a manufacturing environment preferred**Our Commitment to Our People**Across the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
