You Bring to Applaudo the Following Competencies Advanced expertise in Grafana Demonstrated experience creating executive-friendly dashboards and impactful visualizations. Experience with machine learning or automation for future project phases. (Nice-to-Have) Experience with integrations such as PagerDuty, Datadog, or Jira. (Nice-to-Have) Solid problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying improvements. Strong English communication skills, capable of delivering executive-level presentations. Proven ability to work independently after initial onboarding and context-setting. You Will Be Accountable for the Following Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and optimization of advanced Grafana dashboards tailored for executive audiences. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into impactful visualizations. Integrate multiple data sources and configure alerts/monitoring to support operational and strategic objectives. Present insights and dashboards directly to executive leadership, translating technical data into business impact. Maintain and enhance Grafana configurations to ensure performance, scalability, and usability. Identify opportunities to integrate machine learning or automation into future visualization workflows. Work closely with the DevOps team (with foundational Grafana knowledge) and collaborate intensively with a key data consolidation lead; together, form the core working group to define data visualization priorities and formats for executive stakeholders.
