DescriptionWe are looking for a Contracts & Agreements Manager to oversee and manage all contractual agreements, ensuring compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and legal regulations. This role requires strong expertise in contract negotiation, risk management, and internal controls. Key Responsibilities:Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and international standards.Develop and implement internal controls for contract management and corporate compliance.Monitor and manage contractual risks, identifying potential issues and mitigation strategies.Collaborate with legal, finance, and operational teams to align contract terms with business objectives.Maintain and update contract templates, policies, and procedures.Conduct training sessions for internal teams on contract best practices and compliance requirements.Travel as needed for business and legal negotiations.**Requirements Requirements**:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management.Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks, corporate policies, and compliance regulations.Advanced English proficiency is required.Experience working with international contracts and legal standards.Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.Valid U.S. visa (or in process and willingness to travel as required.
