SUPERVISOR INCOMING**Job Number:**:QUA0101CB )**Primary Location**: Mexico-Baja California Norte-Mexicali**Description**:**JOB SUMMARY**:Assures that purchased materials and components are inspected and tested using inspection procedures as well as supports operations to meet quality management systems requirements and quality policies.**MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Assures that purchased materials and components are inspected and tested using inspection procedures- Verifies and assures that component inspection records are being manage appropriately and kept per existing Company procedures and policies.- Verifies that stock checks are conducted as required by corporate or division functions.- Balance QC inspector work balanced under his supervision based on demand and priorities from receiving department and stock checks.- Evaluates and verifies that QC inspectors are properly trained.- Keep under his controls and supervision all incoming inspection nonconformance materials/components.- Assures material and components are inspected on timely.- Promotes improvements ideas to improves defects detection.- Evaluates and assigns material inspections needs based on trending.- Provides follow up to open Non conformances in order to close them on the predetermined time. - Manages and assure payroll is conducted properly on his department and assigns overtime as needed.**Qualifications**:**Education**:- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering (Industrial/Electrical)**Work Experience**:- 3+ Year's experience on similar position.- Extensive experience on internal audits program management.- Experience managing certifying and regulatory audits (ISO / FDA).- Extensive knowledge on GMP's.**Knowledge / Skills / Abilities**:- Experience developing ways of accomplishing goals with little or no supervision, depending on oneself to complete objectives, and determining when escalation of issues is necessary.- Experience using time management skills to prioritize, organize, and track details in order to meet deadlines of multiple projects.- Experience problem solving, overcoming obstacles, and reaching a positive and successful solution through mathematical or systematic operations.- Experience using MS Office Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook ).- Intermediate Skill Level in Microsoft Excel (for example: conditional formatting, tables, formulas, charting)**PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS**:- At least 2 years of industry experience in Medical Devices, Drugs, and/or fields directly related to the role.
