Additionally,_ in 2024 we were awarded the Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award, which recognizes the most engaged workplace cultures in the world._Requirements:- Multiple Procurement projects, working with cross-functional teams and standard work to build and execute project implementation plans for productivity and continuous improvement projects.- Coordinating with commodity teams, materials, operations, engineering, finance, quality, and field operations to complete projects and achieve expected benefits within project timeline.- Investigate, coordinate and communicate project changes.- Identify gaps to goals and collaboratively develop and support countermeasures and activities to close the gap and exceed targets.- Manage reporting of Procurement financial metrics (forecast and actual) including productivity and inflation for responsible plants or projects- Coordinate continuous improvement ideation sessions for responsible plants.- Liason between Courcing Corporate & Ops plans- Develop project plan for plant operations- Lead project implementation on time, cost and performance established through Project Management Process- Lead project execution through performance (quality of execution)Requires a Bachelor's degree and more 5 years of experience.We Celebrate Who We Arecontact our Talent Acquisition Team© Allegion plc, 2023 | Block D, Iveagh Court, Harcourt Road, Dublin 2, Co.
