Planning and directing the provision of materials and services and their movement through the value chain to satisfy financial, quality and on time delivery requirements:- Process all Electronic Purchase Requisitions below of 50K EUR, according with Purchasing commodities assigned for North America Plants.- Prepares, executes and tracks purchase orders (including order confirmation, claims, etc.)- Create and maintain relevant SAP purchasing data as needed. Examples include:- Info Record, Source List, Q-info.- Material group maintenance.- Maintains and updates documentation and data (such as purchasing master data, categorization and storage of contract, supplier evaluation, etc.)- Collects information and conducts basic analyses about suppliers, markets, etc. And support preparation and execution of RFQs in the assigned area of competence.- May coordinate purchasing activities with involved regions, departments and suppliers.- Monitors Purchasing relevant KPI‘s- Support and maintain alignment with Category Buyers in North America.- Coordinate solving of operational issues with internal clients, accounting and suppliers (blocked invoices, pricing, payment issues, etc.)
