Our founders and team members have industry experience and have held senior positions in a wide variety of companies - from emerging startups to large Fortune 50 firms - and we have taken our combined experiences and developed a unique approach that is supported by the principles of deep expertise, integrity, transparency, and dependability.**Experience**:- Minimum of 15 years of proven experience in the design, implementation and continued operation of LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, firewalls, and telephony technologies.- Minimum of 7 years of experience in the management and delivery of complex network infrastructures, and related projects; that involve vendor(s), business users and internal IT team(s) working together collectively to achieve results.- Experience in Hybrid Cloud migration required; Microsoft Azure preferred.- Certifications: Cisco Certified Network (CCNA, CCNP) optional.- Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE) optional.**Technical Skills**:- Administration, management and troubleshooting of LAN/WAN technologies, voice/data circuits, VoIP systems, etc.- Performance Tuning and Optimization (PTO), using native monitoring and third-party tools (e.g., SolarWinds) to capture and analyze network performance metrics, capacity planning metrics, maintain uptime, generate usage reports, and spot trends.- Configuration and installation of network routers/switches (Cisco), telephony systems (Cisco), load balancers (Kemp), firewalls (Palo Alto) and Wi-Fi equipment (Cisco Meraki).- Web UI technologies (e.g., CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax); with writing test cases at high level code coverage, and testing UI changes through code via automation framework (e.g., Selenium).- High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for Network/Telephony Infrastructure Operations and Management.
