**Descripción empresa**:**Misión del cargo**:Gestiona y aplica pagos de agentes con precisión, asegurando registros contables correctos y flujo de efectivo adecuado**Funciones del cargo**:- Recibir y registrar los pagos de los agentes en los sistemas de contabilidad o de gestión de cobranza de la empresa.- Verificar la precisión de la información de pago, incluyendo montos, fechas y métodos de pago utilizados.- Aplicar los pagos a las cuentas correspondientes según las instrucciones proporcionadas, asegurando que los saldos pendientes se actualicen correctamente.- Realizar conciliaciones periódicas entre los registros de pagos aplicados y los registros contables, investigando y resolviendo cualquier discrepancia identificada.- Coordinar con el equipo de cobranza para identificar y resolver problemas relacionados con la aplicación de pagos, como pagos no identificados o aplicados incorrectamente.- Generar informes regulares sobre el estado de los pagos recibidos, incluyendo análisis de tendencias, tasas de cumplimiento y variaciones en los ingresos.- Colaborar con el equipo de contabilidad para garantizar la precisión de los registros financieros y el cumplimiento de los requisitos de informes.- Proporcionar asistencia y soporte a los agentes en caso de dudas o discrepancias relacionadas con sus pagos.- Mantener la confidencialidad y seguridad de la información financiera de los clientes en todo momento.**Requisitos**:Conocimiento de conciliación de cuentasConocimiento en recibir, procesar y aplicar pagosConocimiento en registros de pagos aplicadosAtención y Servicio al ClienteGeneración de reportesInglés Básico/Intermedio/Avanzado**Condiciones oferta**:**Sueldo neto mensual**: 11600**Beneficios**:Sueldo $11,600 Pesos Mensuales BrutosCapacitación pagadaBono mensuales dependiendo del nível de inglés (1000 a 3100)Trabajo 100% remotoSeguro de gastos médicos menores, mayores y de vidaVales de despensa 6% mensual30 días de aguinaldo100% prima vacacionalBono de incentivos $1000 Home OfficeBecas escolaresBeca open englishCursos de capacitaciónVacaciones de leyPago de visa y pasaporteCupones de descuentoPréstamos de nóminaCrecimiento a otros departamentos
