GM, Volkswagen, Tesla, BMW, Boeing, Apple, and many others trust our PolyWorks® software solutions.Here is what the **Software Development Leader **day-to-day looks like:- Lead a team of software developers that will execute projects from beginning to end making sure high-quality software is being delivered to our clients- Delegate tasks to team members based on their skills- Act as a coach to software developers, working closely with them and making sure they understand their objectives- Work closely with Product Managers (Canada & Mexico) to ensure that our company's vision is shared across the development teams- Promote and nurture our agile culture with the other teams and that our development processed are favoring continuous improvement- Facilitate and promote interactions between development team, product management and stakeholders favoring strategical planning**Qualifications**- Holds a bachelor´s degree in engineering (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology or similar)- Possess previous experience of 4 years or more in software development- Demonstrate people-oriented leadership style, proactivity and critical thinking skills- Demonstrate knowledge in the following technical skills: software architectural design, code quality and automated testing, version control systems, CI/CD processes, and understanding of UI/UX analysisTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: A partir de $40,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Horarios flexibles- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro dental- Seguro de vida- Vacaciones superiores a las de ley- Vales de despensaHorario:- Lunes a viernes
