Experiência en laboratorios de Metrología y Calibración.Conocimientos de equipos de medición, ISO 17025, IATF, Calypso o softwares de CMMs.Sus principales responsabilidades serán:- Responsable de la Planeación estrategia de los laboratorios de a su cargo- Responsable de proveer soporte en las competencias de Metrología y calibración a los Ingenieros de Metrología y técnicos del área- Participa como Coah y Mentor de ingenieros de Metrología y Técnicos- Responsable de participar en solucionar cualquier problema de calidad interna y externa.- Responsable de enseñar a su equipo cómo manejar los problemas de calidad con los clientes.- Responsable de dar soporte a los clientes en los productos AAM.- Responsables de tener en marcha medidas preventivas en fallas de equipos de medición y calibración.- Responsable de desarrollar mejores técnicas para evaluar la calidad del producto.- Responsable de evaluar la capacidad técnica de su equipo.- Responsable de seguir los requisitos de los clientes corporativos y de calidad.- Responsable de la programación de calibración y mantenimiento interna y externa de equipos de medición y prueba.- Responsable del control de compras de equipos de medición y prueba, así como partes de refacción,- Responsable de la coordinación de calibraciones y mantenimientos externos.- Responsable de establecer y mejorar estrategias de medición.- Responsable del cumplimiento de indicadores de MTTR y MTBF para equipos de medición y prueba.- Responsable de planear, realizar y cumplir el plan anual de entrenamiento del personal del laboratorio.- Responsable de establecer, comunicar y monitorear los de KPO's y KPI's del personal a cargo.**Required Skills and Education**- Entrenamientos en GD&T, Calypso y MSA.- Conocimientos es ISO 17025 - ISO10360- Manejo de Paquete Office, Kronos, Calypso, Softwares de Calibración y de medición en CMM- Comunicación efectiva.- Mejora continua.- Solución de conflictos.- Organización.- Trabajo bajo presión.- Proactividad.- Toma de Decisiones- Motiva a su Equipo- Innovación- Inglés intermedio.**About AAM**:**Why Join #TeamAAM**:As a member of #TeamAAM, you’ll get to make a difference on day one.
