Bilingual Customer Service Representative

**Responsabilities**- Coordinating communication between customers and the company- Participating in training and development.- Maintaining open files, closing orders, quotations, and correspondence.- Constantly reviewing customer complaints and providing responses as soon as possible.- Reviewing customer performance evaluations when provided by clients.- When applicable, working on system or part improvement projects.- At the client’s request, assisting with delayed orders or expediting deliveries.- Acting as a liaison between the customer and engineering when starting or reviewing an order.- Serving as a liaison between customers and quality personnel regarding quality issues.- Entering and maintaining required customer quotations and open orders.- Reconciling consigned order reports at the end of each month.- Reviewing and updating monthly sales reports.- Establishing close communication with customers by providing timely corrective actions.- Working in compliance with Hygiene and Safety regulations and all company policies and procedures.- Actively participating in maintaining cleanliness and organization in work areas.**Job Requirements**- Bachelor's Degree- 2 years of experience in Customer Service- Bilingual Spanish/English- Knowledge of MS Office and Teams software packages- SAP systemTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $1.00 - $2.00 al mesBeneficios:- Vales de despensaPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Cuál es tu nível de inglés?- ¿Cuál es tu expectativa salarial?Escolaridad:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Experiência:- Customer Service: 2 años (Deseable)- SAP: 2 años (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
