Your tasksWe are seeking a strategic and collaborative Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in San Luis Potosí, Mexico. As an HRBP, you will play a crucial role in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, partnering with senior leadership to drive organizational success and employee engagement.- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals.- Provide guidance on talent management, including recruitment, performance management, and succession planning.- Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends and recommend solutions.- Lead change management initiatives and support organizational development efforts.- Advise managers on employee relations issues and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.- Collaborate with the HR team to improve HR processes and programs.- Act as a trusted advisor to employees on career development and HR-related matters.**Profile**:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field- Experience in HR in an HRBP or similar role- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in HR data analysis and reporting- Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis tools- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices- Expertise in talent management, including performance management and succession planning- Experience partnering with senior leadership on strategic HR initiatives- Strong understanding of business operations and ability to align HR strategies with business objectives- Fluency in English.**Offer**:Continental we are committed to building an inclusive and discrimination-free ecosystem in Mexico, these principles are rooted in our corporate philosophy and culture.
