Human Resources Business Partner ProTrans is looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a strategic link between HR and operations, ensuring alignment of HR policies, practices, and strategies with business objectives. This role provides effective solutions that drive performance, productivity, and engagement within operational teams. Functions And Activities Strategy and Alignment: develop and implement human resources strategies tailored to operational needs; participate in strategic meetings with operational leaders to understand priorities and challenges. Talent Management: lead recruitment and selection processes for critical operational positions; oversee development and training programs; design and execute succession plans for key roles. Labor Relations: act as a mediator in labor and disciplinary conflicts; ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and union agreements, if applicable. Performance Management: implement and oversee performance evaluation programs; provide feedback and coaching to supervisors and managers. Organizational Culture and Engagement: promote initiatives that foster a positive work environment; lead employee climate surveys and coordinate action plans. Analysis and Reporting: monitor key HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and satisfaction; present periodic reports with data‑driven recommendations. Responsibilities Act as first point of contact for employees & managers who provides leadership, coaching and support for individual employee needs & HR processes. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation. Provide performance management guidance to management—including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions.
