Descripción y detalle de las actividadesSupervise the daily compliance of production breads, ensuring the continuous flow of rework, penetrant and x-rays of the different divisions. Leading daily tasks to the personnel in charge; reinforcing the compliance to the Health and Safety and Internal Work Regulations, as well as to the applicable procedures and manuals.- Assign tasks and give general and/or specific instructions to each employee in charge.- Compliance with safety regulations and internal work regulations.- Ensure that each employee is working with the corresponding documentation and plan.- Supervise the flow of the operation in its different stages, ensuring that quality standards and delivery times are met.- Ensure compliance with internal rules (Regulations)- Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of the 6s + FOD culture with the personnel in charge.- Perform LPA's authorizations and action plan to improve processes.- Promote the professional development of employees.- Capacity analysis, balancing and adjustment to production plans to meet KPI's.- Fast execution and flexibility to changes due to production needs.Experiência y requisitos- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (required).- Advanced English proficiency preferred.- 5+ years of experience in supervisory positions.- Lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies..- Must have production manufacturing experience.- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality systems, engineering principles, and business units.- Excellent communication and team leadership skills.- Availability to work flexible hours and shifts, as needed.Beneficios- Utilidades garantizadas- Descuentos de productos**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Operaciones**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Variable**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario**- Tiempo completo- Rotativo**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Inglés**Hablado: Avanzado, Escrito: Avanzado**Disponibilidad p. viajar** No
