It is our focus on quality and growth that makes us an employer of choice and helps us maintain our culture of excellence.**Position Overview**The Senior Production Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing all aspects of production operations, ensuring strategic alignment with organizational goals. This role involves high-level decision-making, performance optimization, cross-functional collaboration, and driving continuous improvement initiatives in quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. The Senior Manager is a key contributor to business planning and operational excellence.**What you'll do**- Lead the end-to-end production operations, ensuring alignment with company strategy and business goals.- Oversee the execution of production plans, maintaining strict compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.- Drive a culture of continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and other operational excellence methodologies.- Develop and implement strategic initiatives that improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.- Act as a strategic partner across departments including Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Finance to align production goals with business needs.- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and lead data-driven decisions to optimize throughput, yield, and labor efficiency.- Ensure proactive equipment and facility maintenance strategies are in place to minimize downtime and maximize asset performance.- Mentor and develop production leadership teams, fostering a high-performance culture and talent succession pipeline.- Lead capacity planning and scalability strategies to support business growth, new product introductions, and market demand.- Manage operational risk, implement contingency plans, and ensure business continuity within the production area.- Promote and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Environmental, Health, and Safety standards (EHS), and ISO compliance.**Who you are**- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
