**Responsibilities:- Verify that the process equipment works perfectly you have- Use the necessary equipment for their performance- Know how the tools to be used work correctly- Perform the functions with the required quality- Comply with applicable security policy, regulations, and procedures in the company.**Authority:Review and arrangement of machinery and equipment.**Basic requirementsTechnical career completed (Electronics, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, Mechanics)Verifiable experience of at least three years in the electronic assembly industryBasic English for fault diagnosis and diagram interpretationManagement of computer packagesWorking under pressureTeamworkSense of Urgency**Desirable requirements:Knowledge of surface mount technology (SMT) machine platforms, preferably UniversalInstruments (Fuzion) and Fuji (NXT and XP)Knowledge of automatic insertion machine platforms (Axial / Radial), preferably UniversalInstruments (Radial 88HT, VCD/Sequencer 88HT)Fault diagnosis and programming of SPI and AOI machinesFault diagnosis and programming of Heller reflow ovenDesign and interpretation of thermal reflux profilesFault diagnosis and programming of wave solder machinesDesign and interpretation of wave solder profilesFault diagnosis and programming of conformal coating (PVA) dispensing machinesExperience in final assembly processes (Box Build): Ultrasonic welders, dispensers and potting curing oven
