Wir suchen ab sofort einen Customer Success Manager (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.
AufgabenDeine Aufgaben....
Als Customer Success Manager bist du für den Erfolg unserer Kunden mithilfe unserer Produkte und Lösungen verantwortlich. Du bist für die Gewinnung, Betreuung und Entwicklung von Kunden verantwortlich und hilfst dadurch cituro als führenden Anbieter für Terminbuchungslösungen zu etablieren.
Deine Aufgaben im Überblick:
Du präsentierst unsere Produkte und Lösungen bei fachlichen, technischen und organisatorischen Fragen
- Du berätst und begleitest unsere Kunden vom Erstkontakt über die Einführung bis hin zum Betrieb unseres Buchungssystems cituro
- Du stimmst die Erwartungshaltung und Anforderung mit den Kunden ab und managst selbständig Kundenprojekte in enger Abstimmung mit dem Team
- Du verstehst die Use Cases der Kunden und bist zentraler Ansprechpartner
- Du bringst dein Wissen über die Bedürfnisse und Anforderungen der Kunden ein, um aktiv bei der Produktentwicklung und Optimierung der Customer Journey zu unterstützen
- Du erkennst Verbesserungspotentiale unserer Abläufe und hilfst Maßnahmen für eine nachhaltige Kundenzufriedenheit und -bindung einzuführen
Dein Profil…
Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL, Kommunikation oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit digitalem Hintergrund
- Du hast idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im Kundenservice, in der Durchführung von IT-Projekten oder im SaaS-Umfeld gesammelt
- Du bist kommunikationsstark, kundenorientiert und hast Spaß am Arbeiten im Team
- Du hast eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Begeisterungsfähigkeit
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich und lösungsorientiert
Du besitzt eine große Lern- und Einsatzbereitschaft und bist belastbar
