We make it happen and we grow-ourselves and our company.**What We're Looking For**Become a member of the leading Revenue Management team in the vacation rental industry as a Revenue Management Analyst that will help us maximize revenue in the Vacasa vacation home network worldwide. Become a member of Vacasa's industry leading revenue management team as a Pricing and Performance Management Analyst. The Revenue Management team is responsible for maximizing the income generated in the Vacasa vacation home network around the world. This position is a critical component of the Revenue Management organization and is focused on maximizing revenue for each and every one of our owners and Vacasa. It will do so by predicting consumer demand, focusing on relentless execution of business processes, and establishing pricing and demand strategies to help Vacasa win in the marketplace.Join us in our shared purpose of bringing the holidays home and help us unlock the full potential of the homes our owners entrust to our care.**What You'll Do**- Develop price and performance management strategies to maximize income for homeowners and Vacasa, creating owner satisfaction and achieving our income plans- Analyze pricing issues and competitive situations to determine the most appropriate price and strategy- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that Vacasas' revenue management strategy is supported by other company teams (marketing, operations, support to owners, etc.)- Monitor trends in bookings, occupancy, rates, and overall revenue to identify problems and opportunities, initiate appropriate actions, measure results, and turn around quickly.- Proactively evaluates and monitors competitor revenue management strategies and implements commercially viable responses, with the goal of driving revenue and generating better returns for our owners- Communicate performance results to revenue management leaders and other company stakeholders**The Skills You'll Need**- Bachelor's degree in a field related to mathematics (Engineering, Economics, Administration, etc.)- Live in DF, our office are located in Santa fé.- Fluent English- Ability to collaborate effectively within the company- Detail oriented, excellent analytical skills and strong oral and written communication- You know how to move in an ambiguous and constantly changing environment- Ability to handle multiple priorities at the same time- You are independent and can structure/solve problems incorporating/balancing relevant factors and grasping mathematical concepts related to price and revenue management- Ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders within Revenue Management and across the company- Flexibility to respond to unexpected situations and a desire to learn is critical to success- Experience in a revenue management organization within the Airline or Hospitality Industry is a great advantage**What you'll get**- Hybrid work (2 days home office and 3 days onsite)- Health insurance- Employee Assistance Program- Career advancement opportunities- Employee discounts and- All the equipment you'll need to be successful- Great colleagues and culture- Please visit our careers page to review our full benefits offerings- Vacasa is committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
