Join to apply for the Revenue Analyst role at LaPieza We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Revenue Analyst based in México to join our team and support the Revenue Management function. In this role, you will work closely with a Revenue Manager and cross‑functional partners to drive pricing decisions, monitor performance, and support strategic revenue initiatives within an assigned region. Your primary responsibilities will include synthesizing data into actionable insights, recommending and executing tactical strategies, and maintaining the tools and systems that power our commercial success. About the Team This role is part of the Commercial team, which includes Revenue, Distribution, and Sales, with team members located across the United States and Mexico. You will report directly to a Revenue Manager and collaborate closely with teams in Portfolio Operations, Marketing, and centralized Analytics. The Revenue team plays a critical role in maximizing topline performance and shaping pricing and distribution strategies across a diverse and fast‑growing portfolio of properties. Day in the Life of a Revenue Analyst Review market data and property‑level trends to recommend pricing and inventory strategies. Forecast risk and conduct trend analyses to guide short‑ and long‑term pricing plans. Build and maintain tools that support budgeting and revenue forecasting for assigned properties. Analyze historical and forward‑looking data to support revenue and occupancy decisions. Performance Monitoring & Tactical Execution Monitor daily booking pace, occupancy, and key performance metrics (ADR, RevPAR, etc.) and adjust pricing as needed. Execute tactical pricing adjustments across platforms based on revenue performance and market signals. Regularly update and maintain all revenue systems to ensure data integrity and rate accuracy. Track and report on competitive set performance and market positioning. Data Reporting & Insight Generation Generate recurring and ad hoc reports to surface performance trends and areas of opportunity. Gather and structure data to support internal stakeholder communication and regional reviews. Provide actionable insights to Revenue Managers and cross‑functional teams to guide decisions. Maintain alignment across revenue strategy, distribution execution, and operations. Distribution Management & Optimization Ensure property listings are optimized across all distribution channels, maintaining rate parity, content accuracy, and listing health. Monitor conversion trends and channel performance to identify optimization opportunities. Collaborate with Marketing and Distribution to implement strategies that drive visibility and bookings. Experience required Fluent in English reading, writing, and communication; confident collaborating across functions. 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Management, Pricing, Financial Analysis, or a related field. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights. Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, with experience creating and maintaining models and reports. Familiarity with revenue management metrics (e.g., RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy) and financial reporting. Experience using systems like Google Suite, Slack, and business intelligence or pricing platforms. Highly organized, self‑motivated, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, remote environment. You’ve worked in hospitality, short‑term rentals, or real‑estate pricing environments. You have experience using revenue or BI systems (Duetto, STR, AirDNA, Looker, etc.). You’ve managed listings or distribution across OTAs or direct channels. You’ve worked with a portfolio spanning multiple markets or asset types.
