Community Activist and XP EvangelistWe're dedicated to revolutionizing the way the world approaches online education, and we need your skills, passion and enthusiasm to do it.We're looking for our new Community Activist and XP Evangelist - someone who'll be obsessed with the challenges of:- Creating and maintaining a vibrant, engaged and passionate user community- Embodying the energy, innovation and possibilities of the XP brandYou'll do this by constantly contributing, connecting and animating our members - from the newest to those with years of successIn partnership with the Head Of Success, your initial responsibilities will include:- Design and implement strategies to build and maintain a highly engaged and active online community.- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for new and existing members to share their experiences and learn from each other.- Organize and promote community events, such as webinars, workshops, and Q&A sessions, to encourage active participation and learning.- Utilize storytelling and content creation to share success stories, educational insights, and the impact of the XP brand on users' learning journeys.- Monitor user engagement and satisfaction, using insights to drive improvements in the product and user experience.- Establish mechanisms for gathering and analyzing community feedback on product features, usability, and content.- Identify and nurture relationships with key community influencers, educators, and thought leaders to expand the reach and impact of the XP brand.- Encourage and support community members in becoming brand ambassadors, leveraging their networks to promote the platform.As the company grows, it is our hope that so will you. We think the sky's the limit and we are building a team for the long term.This position is an independent contractor position with a monthly salary of 30,000 to 40,000 MXN.
