We are looking for new employees for our plant in Pleven who want to be part of our growth.**S/E/SE Quality Systems Production Facility**MX-YUC-Merida - MER0000PH**Responsabilities**:- Develops and ensures the implementation of LEONI standards through internally developed work instructions- Coordinates, trains and guides the organization of the plant facilities for a sufficient level of knowledge in quality standards and tools.- Implements and generalizes the corrective and preventive actions resulting from the audits.- Manages facility management review activities- Ensure compliance of plant facility systems with customer regulations, IATF 16949, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 and all local regulations- Carry out audits to comply with defined internal standards, as well as with safety and environmental regulations.- Ensure effective monitoring of KPIs at the plant level.- Prepare and direct the management review activities within the plant level and guarantee the adequate presentation to the director of the QM SYSTEM and AUDIT of the country- Analyze and customer specific documentation- Plan and guarantee the follow-up of the internal audit plan within the organization (plan and carry out according to the requirements of VA3011)- Guarantee the analysis and presentation of corrective and preventive actions resulting from IATF 16949 and internal audits of processes/products.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree completed, Industrial Engineering or similar.- Minimum 2 years of experience on the position- English B2 Level- Excel Advanced Level- Ability to manage conflicts and solve problems- Analytical and Statistical skills- Time and self-management**Next Step?**LEONI “Mérida Planta 1 ”- People of all genders are always meant equally; For linguistic simplification and better readability, only the masculine form is used in the text._
