Manufacturing Technology Engineer

Requisition ID: 32895- Job Location(s): Apodaca, MXDanfoss is looking for an experienced Manufacturing Technology Engineer**Responsibilities**:Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.- Identify areas that could benefit from change and improvement by evaluating existing manufacturing processes and workflows.- Use practical knowledge of product design and assembly in production.- Design processes and procedures that help the company meet financial, safety, quality, and productivity goals.- Design and development of new products and product prototypes.- Ensure collaboration and cohesion by participating in brainstorming sessions and interdepartmental meetings.- Establish and maintain an effective and efficient work flow- Develop new solutions to existing problems in the manufacturing process- Develop standardized design criteria across all product lines**Background & Skills**:- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or electronics is a requirement- 5+ years of experience designing and controlling manufactured products- Ability to Project Manage and Budget- Math and statistical analysis skills- Excellent organizational and communication abilities- Experience using CAD software**Danfoss - Engineering Tomorrow**:At Danfoss, we are engineering solutions that allow the world to use resources in smarter ways - driving the sustainable transformation of tomorrow.
