Are you brave enough to start your next career journey?Bring your unique perspectives and expertise:- The Sr. Import-Export Specialist secures Import & Export shipments for projects and IMMEX assets on time delivery in compliance with applicable regulations & The LEGO Group Policies, and to secure accurate IMMEX assets controls that allows successful audits before Customs on IMMEX Assets through effective communication with internal and external partners.- The Sr. Import-Export Specialist secures Import & Export shipments for projects and IMMEX assets on time delivery in compliance with applicable regulations & The LEGO Group Policies, and to secure accurate IMMEX assets controls that allows successful a- Handle the import and export operation with Customs Brokers, providing accurate instructions to maintain operation aligned with regulations and policies and on time.- Own the daily transport operation with an End to End approach (from shipping point to receiving point) according with agreed INCOTERM trough right coordination and instructions, securing import and export shipments delivery in the right place, time and cost.- Secure IMMEX assets controls, trough having proper processes in place connected to other business areas (such Maintenance, Project Management & Finance) that are compliant to Customs Regulations and doing process confirmation to secure long term compliance operations and successful internal or external customs audits.- Maintain accurately updated working systems and tools, secure accurate information transfer to Mexican Customs & Customs Brokers trough adherence to processes to secure high compliance standards and Brand Protection.- Maintain user guides and SOPs in place and updated to trough continuous alignment, regulations update and digital platforms to secure long term compliance (critical to maintain LOM Customs Certifications such AEO, IMMEX, PROSEC, etc.) and Safety, Quality, Delivery & Cost (SQDC) adherence.Are you up for the challenge?- Experience in IMMEX and AEO companies in similar position. Preferable also VAT-IEPS certified companies. Experience working in Mexican Customs brokers agencies coordinating import - export shipments.- Education: Bachelor´s Degree in Foreign Trade and Customs, International Commerce or similar preferred.- Skills: English sophisticated.- Knowledge of Mexican International Trade Law, Mexican Customs Law, Customs Rules, General Rules, Free Trade Agreements and benefits, AEO, CTPAT, VAT-IEPS Certification.
