**Description**:This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to make an impact in this new role. We are currently looking for an experienced Associate to join the **Onboarding** Team in Mexico City, as a member of the Manager Onboarding sub-function. This team supports the Global WTW Delegated Investment Solutions (DIS) business (also referred to as OCIO or Outsourced Chief Investment Officer services), with a focus on institutional clients in North American and EMEA and is part of a wider Global Investment Operations group of around 220 colleagues.**The Role**The role specializes in the onboarding of new investment managers (New Manager Onboarding), in the investment into new and existing investment manager, by our institutional clients, and responding to various manager queries. The role works closely with Trade Management and Client Onboarding in all aspects of the below.**Qualifications**:**The Requirements**- A minimum of 1-3 years of successful investment industry experience- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to monitor and manage multiple tasks often within short timeframes. Project management experience is an asset.- A keen eye and attention to detail.- Knowledge/experience of investment manager agreements and fund subscription documents.- Expectation of being able to act proactively and independently.- Strong oral and written communication skills. English is required. French is an asset.- Ability to build strong networks internally and to collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams.- Natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients/colleagues at all levels.- Demonstrated understanding of the Canadian financial regulatory environment is an asset.- Undergraduate degree with a quantitative emphasis such as majors in Business, Math, Finance, Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience with professional certifications- A proven interest in finance and investments, demonstrating a curiosity to continue to learn and grow as the industry changes.
