**Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities Are**:- ...- Develop and maintain updated the documentation required to ensure the fulfillment of customer requirements and Inalfa standards related to quality process and product (control plan, work instructions, visual aids, control charts, records) from the industrialization phase and series.- Participate in the PFMEA construction, work instructions, packaging norms, special characteristics definition, pokayokes and flow diagram together with manufacturing.- Develop technical specifications for design and constructions of fixtures and gauges.- Maintain updated the part history (TLL/PHL) together with product engineering since the product development phase till series production in case of apply.- Maintain updated the customer portals and get the continuous improvement of the quality KPIs assigned.- Submit initial documentation of PPAP in customer portals, engineering changes, service parts, annual requalification and/or customer requires.- Give support to customer production plants through work visits.- Track and control cost from activities performed by liaisons engineers assigned, track the cost control of third party companies used and reduce to minimum the cost applied by the customer related to complaints.- Maintain updated the problem solving file including all customer complaints, service parts and liaisons reports, follow up according timing and using solving problem tools determined internally of by the customer; use the QRCM system is mandatory under the established guidelines.- Participate / lead the internal problem solving and warranty determined to improve the quality KPI’s like quality, FTT, IPTV, costs, etc.- Perform statistical analysis, SPC´s analysis, geometrical and dimensional analysis to continuous improvement of product and process.- In case of apply, follow up to supplier quality “in house”- Create purchase requisitions to cover sorting costs or any other required related to containment cost in time.- Perform and/or participate in internal audits (LPA’s, product audit, IATF, 5s) assigned by quality management system- Lead / participate in the customer and system audits (IATF, 14001, 45001, CTPAT, CCAP, VDA 6,3, Q1, BIQs, TRL´s, product audit) assigned by quality management system**What Do We Expect From You**:- ...Achieve the goals established**What can you expect from us?**:- Attractive working conditions and self-development opportunities.- Short procedures, fast decision making and open communication structures.- Friendly and informal atmosphere.- Innovative leader with a strong drive to win**FOCUS** - **TRANSPARENCY** - **ONE INALFA** and **RESPECT** are core values within our company.**Location**: Irapuato Assembly**Time Type**: Full time**Contact Person**: Juan Rivera Sanchez
