About The Role In this opportunity as Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will build and maintain monitoring for all aspects of infrastructure, microservices, and platform, implement alerting mechanisms using cloud native solutions, provide primary operational support and engineering for distributed platforms, act as the go‑to person for production issues, maintain IaC and CI/CD best practices, focus on continuous improvement, partner with application development teams for operational readiness, collaborate with stakeholders to define roadmaps, partner with security and governance teams for compliance, develop and support system monitoring tools, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, articulate complex problems, and be on a rotating on‑call schedule. Deliver Results Implement Site Reliability Engineering and DevOps best practices; feed non‑functional requirements into the product backlog—high availability, scalability, self‑healing, observability, continuous delivery, security. Build and maintain monitoring for all aspects of infrastructure, microservices, and the platform and implement alerting mechanisms using cloud native solutions. Provide primary operational support and engineering for distributed platforms. Act as the go‑to person for any production issue; troubleshoot and monitor until successful mitigation, communicate effectively, post‑mortem, and implement learnings. Maintain IaC and CI/CD and promote best practices for our CI/CD processes. Focus on continuous improvement and technical standards—drive improvements in productivity, monitoring, tooling, and set industry best practices. Partner with application development teams to plan and deliver operational readiness for new products and features. Collaborate with stakeholders such as business teams, product owners, and project management in defining roadmap for applications and processes. Partner with security, platform, and service governance teams to deliver compliance with internal and external standards, expectations, and certifications. Develop, configure, and support tools for system monitoring and/or troubleshooting. Troubleshoot and solve issues with applications and infrastructure; engage others, escalating as required. Effectively articulate complex problems, concepts, and solutions to varied audiences. On a rotating schedule, be available for on‑call issue intake and/or resolution. About You Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; Computer Science or related technical degree preferred. Minimum of 3+ years of experience as DevOps/SRE engineer and cloud engineer with hands‑on experience in AWS cloud technologies. Highly skilled in UNIX/Linux‑based systems. Proven experience in building and operating production cloud‑native infrastructure, applications, and services on AWS. Experience or knowledge of observability tools: DataDog, ELK, SumoLogic, CloudWatch, AppDynamics. Experience or knowledge with version control and CI/CD (Git, Azure DevOps, JFrog Artifactory). Experience or knowledge writing infrastructure as code (IaC) (Terraform, CloudFormation, other). Strong experience with C#, Java, Python, or other programming/scripting language. Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly. Excellent critical thinking, troubleshooting, and collaborative problem‑solving skills. Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment and motivated by complex technical and business challenges. What’s in it For You?
