**TRADE COMPLIANCE ANALYST (ANNEX 24)**Licenciatura en Negocios Internacionales, RI, Logística Internacional, Tráfico o AfínInglés Avanzado.Excel Avanzado.Buen Manejo de Paquetería Office.Manejo de ERP como Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards, etc..Conocimientos en:° Marco Legal de Decreto IMMEX° Normas Aduaneras Generales y derecho aduanero en México° Anexo 30**Experiência**: 3 años en el manejo de Programas IMMEX del Anexo 24 (Prisma, Aranxel, Control31, AnaSystem).° Responsable de tramitar las operaciones virtuales y el cambio de régimen de temporal a permanente de todos los productos vendidos en México.° Responsable de tramitar las operaciones virtuales y el cambio de régimen de temporal a permanente de todos los productos vendidos en México.° Responsable de manejar todas las actividades relacionadas con el control y la gestión del Anexo 24 para una planta de fabricación en Guadalajara.° Seguirpautas corporativas para mantener con éxito los saldos en el % de variación correcto y debe trabajar en estrecha colaboración con equipos interdisciplinarios en toda la organización para recopilar información para lograr el objetivo final.° Auditar y mantener actualizada la base de datos del sistema automatizado para el control del Anexo 24 de materiales importados y exportados, BOMS, clientes, proveedores y despachantes de aduana.° Analizar, preparar y calcular cambios en el régimen de scrap, desperdicios y pérdidas (ajuste positivo y negativo) de las Transacciones SAP mensuales.° Conciliación contra saldos mensuales y entradas físicas a planta.° Revisar saldos, consumos y vencimientos de importaciones temporales bajo el programa IMMEX, evitar vencimientos y revisar saldos mayores a 18/36 meses.° Tramitar cambio de estado de temporal a definitivo de pedimentos próximos a caducar° Verificar la información del sistema Anexo 24 contra Data Stage (emitido por el SAT) de la operación mensual para la elaboración de los informes Anexo 31. Analízalos con la herramienta Control 31 para cumplir con los requisitos del SAT.° Mantener y administrar los Pedimentos de cada equipo en local de GDL así como la identificación de equipos con el documento que acredite la permanencia legal en México de cada maquinaria o equipo.° Tramitar cambios de estado de temporal a definitivo de maquinaria, utillaje, repuestos y accesorios.° Proceso de cambio de estatus de temporal a definitivo de todos los productos fabricados en Regal GDL y vendidos en México.° Procesar operaciones virtuales de exportación e importación mensualmenteZona de Trabajo EL SALTO.Disponibilidad de Horario.Ofrecemos:Sueldo MensualPrestaciones de SuperioresContratación Directa.
