Collections Specialist

We support companies through our **Talent, Technology, and Training** services.We have been impacting the world **since 2018** and we want to keep pushing ourselves to become the brightest minds in our field and better serve our customers.As a **Collections and Bookkeeping Specialist**, you will execute the collection process and implement actions and controls to ensure productivity, quality, and the fulfillment of financial obligations, all while maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.**Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:- Enter all uncollected items into the tracking system.- Contact relevant parties via phone calls, being persistent in calling and contacting debtors.- Monitor and act on collections.- Inform debtors of their payment status and timeline for repayment.- Research companies and corporate entities to follow up on payments.- Address questions regarding each collection case.- Secure payment, monitor, and resolve financial discrepancies.- Update and review all collections and keep records up to date.- Process Requested Refunds.- Organizes work in a structured and well-planned manner.**Minimum requirements**:- **Studies**: High School Degree is **required**. Having studies in International Business, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or any related field is a plus.- **Experience**:1+ year working in invoicing, preparing reports, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bookkeeping, and collections.- **Technical skills**:Microsoft Office Products (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel); working knowledge of databases, or financial software is a plus. Finance and business knowledge preferred.- **Language**: Advanced English skills. B2+ or higher is required.**Perks**:- **Schedule**: Monday to Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (CST, CDMX Time Zone).- **Contract**:Indefinite term contract + Benefits.- **Location**: Only for Mexico.
