As the primary campaign manager, you’ll develop persuasive messaging, execute technical setup, and drive measurable pipeline growth—balancing creative copy with hands-on delivery and client rapport. You’ll start by working closely with us to master our proprietary AI-driven lead generation platform, then quickly move into a position of independence and client management - overseeing Tech VA, leading client calls, and managing daily campaign execution and client communication. This is not a role for someone looking to do the minimum or simply “check boxes.” We’re looking for someone with an insatiable hunger to win, an obsession with detail and accuracy, and the drive to exceed expectations every day. Your work will directly impact our clients’ results and our company’s growth. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B SaaS clients, relentlessly driving campaign progress, quality, and client satisfaction, with a special focus on developing and personally writing messaging strategy, email and LinkedIn sequence copy, and conversion optimization. Rapidly learn and leverage our AI-driven platform (AI SDR, campaign dashboards, CRM, etc.), then own all aspects of campaign execution and response with minimal supervision. Be the lead strategist and copywriter for all outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns—no separate copywriter. Write, edit, and test all outbound email and LinkedIn campaign copy—ensuring messaging is persuasive, on-brand, and tailored to each client’s ICP and goals. Leverage AI tools to streamline campaign writing, personalization, and optimization—constantly experimenting and iterating on messaging and process. Run and document at least two A/B tests per client per month on subject lines, offers, and messaging. Oversee and coordinate any support staff to deliver on-time, high-quality campaigns across channels (LinkedIn, email, paid ads), and personally own client-facing email and LinkedIn campaign copy, setup, and optimization from initial draft through launch and iteration. Daily: Monitor campaign dashboards, manage replies, verify every detail, review and test campaign copy for clarity and conversion, proactively spot issues before they become problems, and ensure zero mistakes in data or execution. Lead client meetings, communicate strategies and performance, and provide clear, timely updates on wins, challenges, and next steps. Provide daily status updates to clients and team—transparency is non-negotiable. Maintain impeccable documentation and data accuracy; mistakes in details or reporting will not be tolerated. Identify opportunities for client upsell or cross-sell, based on campaign data and evolving goals. Actively contribute to a culture of learning, experimentation, and high accountability—your voice and ideas matter. Results (KPIs / Success Metrics) Consistently exceed industry benchmarks, eg for positive reply rates on email and LinkedIn campaigns. Maintain 95%+ client retention per quarter. Grow each client’s qualified pipeline by at least 15% quarter-over-quarter with a direct line to campaigns you’ve written and optimized. 100% on-time, error-free campaign launches and deliverables. Respond to client or campaign issues within 1 business day, with thorough documentation. Ensure 100% data and reporting accuracy, with bi-weekly dashboard audits. Proactively share campaign performance, key learnings from copy and strategy tests, and wins at least 4x weekly per client. Deliver at least two new tested or improved outbound campaigns per client per month, with documented performance metrics and learnings. Maintain a client satisfaction (NPS or post-meeting) score of 9/10 or higher. Recommend and document at least one workflow, automation, or campaign improvement per quarter. Hold yourself accountable for all outcomes; willingness to be measured and held to high-performance KPIs. Requirements Proven hands-on experience writing, launching, and optimizing outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns for B2B clients (ideally SaaS), including copy samples that drove measurable results. Portfolio or samples of outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns with quantifiable results required; applications without proof of results or copy will not be considered. Meticulous attention to detail—obsessed with verifying data is accurate and catching even small errors before campaigns go live. 2+ years’ experience in a client-facing role within lead generation, growth marketing, digital agency, or sales enablement (SaaS experience preferred)—but if you’re a fast learner with proven hustle and drive, we want to hear from you. Hands-on experience personally writing and launching running multi-channel outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, email, paid or social ads) for business clients, or equivalent. Fluency in email copywriting fundamentals (subject lines, hooks, CTAs, personalization, compliance) and ability to adapt tone, style, and approach across different client brands and for U.S. SaaS decision-makers. Proven oversight or coordination of SDRs, VAs, and support staff (direct or matrix)—or evidence of strong project management and leadership ability. Outstanding written and verbal English communication—personable, clear, and proactive. Strong organizational and project management skills; thrives managing multiple projects under tight deadlines. Highly accountable—delivers on promises, keeps everyone informed, flags issues early, and finds solutions instead of excuses. Data-driven mindset; uses dashboards and analytics to guide decisions and reporting. Self-starter with an insatiable hunger to learn, improve, take initiative, and go above and beyond expectations. Comfortable in a remote, high-growth startup environment with evolving priorities and a high-intensity, high-standards culture. Experience with AI-powered campaign, CRM, and copywriting tools (Instantly, GoHighLevel, Hubspot, Apollo, LI automation, etc.) preferred; must be excited to experiment and upskill rapidly.
