PROGRAM MANAGER OFFICER (PMO)Conocimientos y experiência- Conocimiento y aplicación de metodologías en gestión de proyectos (PERT, Gráfica Gantt, CPM, CCPM, Agile, Kanban, Scrum, PMI, PMO, PMBook, etc.).- Conocimiento y aplicación de herramientas en gestión de proyectos (Microsoft Project, Project Manager, Project.co, etc.).- Experiência en actividades y tareas relacionadas con la gestión de proyectos: planeación, ejecución y evaluación.- Conocimiento en la definición de procesos y manuales para la gestión de proyectos.- Conocimiento en presupuestos.- Conocimiento en control de indicadores para medir el avance de proyectos.- Manejo de Microsoft Office Avanzado.Competencias- Visión General de negocio.- Capacidad de análisis de información.- Capacidad estratégica con enfoque a detalles.- Orientación a procesos, orden y metodicidad.**Perfil**:- Estudios: Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Administración de empresas, Licenciatura en Finanzas, Ingeniería Civil, Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniero en sistemas, o a fin.- Maestría: Indispensable Maestría en Administración, o Maestría en Negocios.- Años de experiência: No indispensable como PMO, ideal haya laborando gestionando proyectos de empresa.- Sector: Industrial, Construcción, Manufactura o a fin.Ofrecemos:- Sueldo de acuerdo a aptitudes- Cotización al 100% ante el IMSS- Prestaciones de ley y Superiores
