Elanco's promise to employees: Together, we foster an inclusive culture where everyone can make a difference, encouraging ownership, growth and well-being.****Responsibilities**:**Deliver service in OTC Cash Application area to Elanco customers**:- Manage and monitor the Electronic Bank Statement (EBS) interface and ensure cash receipts are auto-applied against customer accounts- Manage, prepare and post credit/debit notes as applicable and requested- Effectively perform customer accounts reconciliation on a regular basis and identify/resolve open items- Support global/regional O2C projects which influence the accurate, efficient & compliant order processing- Support the overall O2C Cash Application team by demonstrating flexibility in providing cover for team members and training of new team members- Support SAP S4/HANA implementation including testing, trainings preparation and delivery**Requirements**:- Min. 3 years’ experience in Cash Application/AR functions and knowledge SAP FI modules- Degree in Finance/Accounting (or equivalent work experience)- Active participation in transition of operations or SAP implementation in Cash Application/AR area- Experience in Start-Up or dynamic environment will be an asset- ** Fluency in English is a must**:- Advance knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint- Proactive mindset with experience in analysis and problems solving- Ability to prioritize and complete key tasks and deliverablesElanco is an EEO/Affirmative Action Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of age, race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, national origin, protected veteran status, disability or any other legally protected status
