Elanco's promise to employees: Together, we foster an inclusive culture where everyone can make a difference, encouraging ownership, growth and well-being.****Descripción del cargo**:Esta persona es responsable de conocer y ejecutar todos los subprocesos que ocurren en el ciclo (desde el pedido hasta el cobro) al alcance del centro de soluciones de Elanco, garantizando que su ejecución sea dentro del marco de control interno establecido.**Funciones, obligaciones, actividades**:- ** Gestión de Precios & Reembolsos**Analizar y procesar efectivamente las solicitudes de precios y reembolsos.- ** Gestión de Crédito y Cobranza**Analizar información financiera disponible (cuantitativa y cualitativa) para blindar a Elanco del riesgo mediante el establecimiento efectivo de límites de crédito, liberación de pedidos, gestión de cartera, etc.- ** Aplicación de Efectivo**Monitorear el efectivo recibido para su registro oportuno y correcto, así como procesamiento de ajustes.En cualquiera de estas funciones puede ser necesario respaldar ausencias de otros miembros del equipo, ser punto de contacto para resolver dudas, generar reportes para analizar información y tomar decisiones, atender llamadas externas o internas con equipos funcionales para resolver problemas, conciliar cuentas, participar en proyectos e identificar mejoras al subproceso asignado.**Calificaciones mínimas (educación, experiência y/o entrenamiento, certificaciones requeridas)**:- Nível de Inglés avanzado- Nível de paquetería Office avanzado- Años de experiência, más de 5 (mínimo 3 años de los 5 deben estar relacionados a trabajos administrativos y/o de finanzas)- Manejo de ERPs (SAP, Oracle, etc.)- Conocimientos solidos de contabilidad y control interno- Haber laborado en empresas públicas o incluso privadas con un marco de control interno robusto- Haber participado y/o gestionado transiciones y proyectos de mejora continua (automatización, simplificación, cumplimiento, etc.).- Ser punto de apoyo para los níveles Junior e Intermedio- Impulsar el logro de resultados grupales- Buscar constantemente y gestar la implementación de mejoras continuas- Promotor de una cultura laboral diversa e inclusiva**Preferencias adicionales**:- Proficiente en SAP 4/H- Uso de SharePoint, Power BI & Visio- Dominio de otros idiomas (portugués)- Experiência en auditoría interna y externa- Conocimientos en LEAN & Six Sigma**Otra información**:- NoElanco is an EEO/Affirmative Action Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of age, race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, national origin, protected veteran status, disability or any other legally protected status
