Our Quality team is proud of their contributions, supporting a broad range of internal customers and requests while ensuring the uninterrupted development and manufacturing of high-tech products for key industries like aerospace and defense.**Are You Looking to**- Support daily activities of First article inspections.- Resolve non-conformance issues for the plant.- Failure analysis investigations and customer complaints in order to evaluate processes and continues improvement projects thru different product lines.- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality Assurance and Technical personnel.**Are You Ready to**- Be responsible of failure analysis, including cross sections and dimensional reports and line rejects- provide support on corrective actions, line rejects and lead line inspectors, evaluate dimensional and visual inspection of the product to ensure compliance to technical data including calibrated gauges.- Perform mechanical and electrical test as required.**What You'll Need**- 1-3 years of experience in the Quality field and/or in an ISO 9001 environment.- Familiar with dimensional and visual standard concepts, practices, and procedures.- Preparing jobs for SPC & interpreting data.- Reading and interpreting technical drawings including Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).**What You’ll Get**- Paid leave for bereavement, marriage, vacation and more.- On-site cafeteria.- Medical & life insurance.- Additional perks like food basket, glasses, and Christmas bonus.**Job opportunity**Bel will only employ people who are legally authorized to work in Mexico.
