You will have the opportunity to work in a tight team, where you will launch, build and run DiDi's business in Spanish Speaking LatAm. Your processes and projects will directly contribute to DiDi growth in LATAMRole Responsibilities:- Own, design and implement incentives to acquire new drivers, leveraging data for the decision making process.- Enhance the awareness and understanding of new driver incentives through effective communication strategies.- Constantly generate knowledge through experimental testing.- Manage data dashboards and analyze performance of driver acquisition strategies, to drive insights and business decisions.- Be primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing expectations and prioritizing operations to deliver results, whilst constantly working along cross-functional teams (Marketing, Legal, City Operations, Product, etc) and external vendors.- Wide international scope across Spanish Speaking LatAm countries.Role Qualifications:- Currently studying Engineering, Computer science, Actuary, Economics or any related degree.- At least one year until graduation (ideally between 5th-8th Semester).- Strong Spreadsheets skills (Excel / Google Sheets) are a must. Comfortable about learning and using new software tools.- Passion for analytics and programming, with knowledge/experience in SQL (Nice to have: Python, R, Pandas, etc.).- Curiousity about automation and new tech, being able to leverage AI or other tools to enhance time efficiency and process automation for repetitive tasks.- Commitment and Integrity, being able to balance and manage time effectively between school and work, to ensure tasks are delivered on time.- Effective communicator.
