You’ll gain hands-on experience in analyzing user data, designing promotional strategies, and coordinating cross-functional projects that improve the user journey. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn how tech companies scale products and optimize operations.Role Responsibilities:- Support merchant growth campaigns across convenience, grocery, and pharmacy categories.- Analyze performance metrics (orders, coupons, GMV, retention rates) and prepare weekly reports.- Assist with the design, testing, and tracking of user incentives and promotional strategies.- Coordinate with marketing, commercial, and product teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.- Help monitor user feedback, identify pain points, and suggest improvements to the user experience.- Conduct market research and benchmarking against competitors.- Support day-to-day operations, including updating internal trackers and documenting processes.Role Qualifications:- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.- Interest in tech, e-commerce, or delivery platforms.- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.EEO Statement:- We create customer value - We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
