Our Guadalajara office team is growing and we are looking for a **Bilingual Recruiter** to join our amazing team. Work from Home during the pandemic.**For you**- Base salary + juicy productivity bonus + all legal benefits.- Major health insurance after the trial period- Opportunity to work and develop yourself in an international team- Health and wellness programs (nutritionist, exercise sessions, yoga, and meditation)- Equipment provided by us- Business hours: Monday through Friday from 9 am - 6 pm CST.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant field- Preferable experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role- Excellent written and verbal English communication- Effective time-management abilities- Strong decision-making skills- Good interpersonal and organizational skills- Attentive to detail, result-oriented.- Live in Guadalajara, Mexico.**Responsibilities**- Recognize qualified applicant profiles utilizing different sourcing techniques- Create talent pools for future hiring needs- Maintain applicant databases through our Applicant Tracking System and database.- Promote company’s reputation- Assist with other recruiting activities as needed**About Us**CIENCE Technologies is a Top B2B Lead Generation Services Firm with its headquarters in San Francisco and six more offices worldwide.
