We are currently seeking a Automation and **AI Specialist** to join one of our **clients**' Engineering Department. If you're looking for an exciting opportunity to grow in a innovative environment, this could be the perfect fit for you.**The Opportunity**You’ll be the go-to person for automation and AI across our systems stack — **HubSpot, Zapier, Fillout, Softr, Google Workspace**, and other AI tools like **ChatGPT, Claude, and others**.Your mission is to streamline workflows, eliminate manual friction, and ensure our systems scale as fast as our client demands. You’ll collaborate directly with our small but mighty team to design, build, and optimize automations that keep SKOR running smoothly and intelligently.**What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)**- System Integration & Automation: Design and maintain high-impact automations using Zapier and native integrations between HubSpot, Fillout, Softr, and Google Sheets.- Workflow Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in client assessments, reporting, data flow, and internal operations — and automate them.- AI Tooling & Deployment: Build practical AI workflows (using Zaper, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for internal productivity and client-facing processes.- Data Accuracy & Syncing: Ensure data consistency across systems; troubleshoot sync errors and optimize for reliability.- Documentation & Enablement: Create clear SOPs and automation maps for internal use.- Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of emerging tools and experiment with how AI and automation can enhance SKOR’s platform and partner experience.**What Success Looks Like (Accountabilities)**- 90%+ reliability across automations and integrations.- Noticeable reduction in manual data handling and reporting cycles.- New automations deployed monthly that enhance client or team productivity.- Clear, documented system architecture that anyone on the team can follow.- Proactive recommendations for scaling automation and AI use cases.**You’ll Thrive Here If You**- Think **systemically** — you see how tools connect, data flows, and people work.- Love **experimenting with AI tools** and turning ideas into working prototypes.- Have a **growth mindset** — you’re constantly learning and improving.- Communicate with **clarity and transparency** — no ego, just solutions.- Take **ownership** — you see things through to completion and measure results.- 2+ years of work experience with HubSpot- Working in a remote setting- 1+ years of work experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI)Bonus: experience in SaaS, HR tech, or operations automation
